Opportiva Health Solutions partnered with IMANT Group to develop a healthcare staffing platform connecting its public website with the tools its team uses to review staffing requests, manage professional applications and track their progress.
Background
Opportiva Health Solutions connects healthcare organizations with Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants across North Carolina. The company needed an online presence that introduced its services and gave organizations and professionals a way to submit staffing requests and applications.
Healthcare organizations needed to understand the staffing support available and submit a request. Professionals needed information about working with Opportiva and a way to apply. The website had to accommodate both audiences, with content and forms relevant to each.
Opportiva also needed a way to manage the information coming in. The project included an admin panel where its team could review submissions, update their status and follow their progress. We developed the public website and internal tools together to support that process.
Business Challenge
The project needed to serve two audiences with different reasons for visiting. Organizations needed staffing information and a way to request support, while professionals needed application information and a way to submit their details. Each route had to be easy to identify and connected to a process the Opportiva team could manage after submission.

Who the platform serves
Hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, correctional healthcare providers and private-duty clients have different staffing needs. We organized the healthcare organization page around the settings Opportiva serves and the support it offers. From there, visitors can submit a staffing request for the team to review and manage.
Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants need information about working with Opportiva before applying. We gave professionals a dedicated page explaining the relevant requirements and how to apply. Submitted applications become available to the team for review and status tracking.
Our Approach
We created dedicated pages for healthcare organizations and professionals, each with content and a submission route suited to its purpose.
We placed service details and application requirements before the forms, giving visitors context for the information they are asked to provide.
We connected staffing requests and applications to the admin panel, where the Opportiva team can access and review each submission.
We added status tracking, an audit log, automated emails and dashboard notifications to support the work that follows a submission.
The Solution
We built an admin panel that receives submissions from both public forms. Its dashboard summarizes applications awaiting review, total applications, nurses placed and open staffing requests, with access to the records behind those figures. Staff can search applications by name or email, filter them by status and update their progress through review, interviewing and placement. Staffing requests have their own queue for review and status updates. An audit log records status changes, including the date and the staff member responsible. Access is limited to named admin accounts. We also integrated Resend for automated emails triggered by actions in the dashboard. Notifications within the dashboard keep the team informed about activity alongside the email messages.
Project Outcome
We delivered a public website with dedicated routes for healthcare organizations and professionals, connected to an admin panel for the Opportiva team. Organizations can submit staffing requests, professionals can apply, and staff can review those submissions and track their status. Automated emails and dashboard notifications support the team as it manages the records. The completed platform brings online submissions, internal review and notifications together.
