Manufacturing

Dashboards, CRMs, and operations systems for manufacturers.

Based in Charlotte, NC. Serving manufacturing, industrial, and healthcare businesses locally and remotely across the US.

Manufacturers use IMANT Group to bring production, orders, inventory, quality, and customer information into one system instead of separate spreadsheets and tools. We build custom dashboards, CRMs, and operations systems around how a plant actually runs, and we connect the equipment and software already in place.

What we see most often

  • Production counts written on paper, retyped into a spreadsheet, and retyped again into a report.
  • Orders tracked in one system while customers ask about them through another.
  • Managers who learn about a problem at the next meeting instead of when it happens.

If your plant still runs on paper and spreadsheets, you are in good company, not behind. The opportunity is that smaller manufacturers have the most to gain from getting information into one place.

What we build for manufacturers

  • A production dashboard with counts, downtime, and shift reports pulled from the floor.
  • Order and inventory tracking that shows status in real time.
  • A CRM for quotes, repeat orders, and account history, with order status visible to the account manager.
  • Quality issue and maintenance request tracking.
  • Customer or distributor portals for order status and requests.

How a project starts

We begin with a list, not code. We map every system that touches a piece of information, such as an order status or an inventory count, and where it gets copied by hand today. That map shows what the dashboard should pull in and what can stay as it is.

Our Etteroma operations dashboard manages products, inventory, orders, and fulfillment in one place, with payment and fulfillment tracked separately. The same building blocks apply to a manufacturer.

Common questions

What should a manufacturing dashboard show?

Start with the few numbers that drive daily decisions: output against plan, open orders and their status, inventory levels, downtime, and quality issues. We agree which ones during discovery instead of filling a screen with every available metric.

Can you connect to our ERP and our equipment?

Usually. We check what each system offers, such as an API, a database, or a file export, during scoping, and tell you plainly if a connection is not practical.

Do we need to replace our ERP?

No. We build around it and add what it lacks, such as shop floor tracking, custom workflows, and customer portals.

Is the first consultation free?

Yes. The first call is a free, brief introduction, usually 20 to 30 minutes, to understand your business, your challenges, and whether IMANT Group is a good fit. More extensive technical assessments or discovery work may be quoted separately, and we will tell you before any paid work begins.

Talk through a system for your plant.

The first call is free and brief, and is enough to tell you what is worth building first. Deeper assessments are quoted separately.
