Custom Dashboards

Custom dashboards that show what is actually happening in your business.

Based in Charlotte, NC. Serving manufacturing, industrial, and healthcare businesses locally and remotely across the US.

A custom dashboard pulls information from the systems and spreadsheets your business already uses into one live view, so managers can see orders, production, customers, staff workload, and reports without asking someone to compile them. IMANT Group designs and builds custom dashboards for manufacturing, industrial, and healthcare businesses.

What a dashboard from us can include

What goes into each dashboard depends on your requirements and is agreed in the project scope. Common capabilities include the following.

  • Live numbers pulled from your source systems, not typed in by hand.
  • Role based views, so each person sees what applies to their job, where your project needs them.
  • Drill down from a summary number to the record behind it.
  • Alerts for what needs attention, so problems are found early.
  • Reports you can export and share.
  • Training and built-in help, so your team can run it after handover.

Where dashboards help most

  • Manufacturing. Output against plan, open orders and their status, inventory levels, downtime, and quality issues.
  • Industrial operations. Equipment status, maintenance requests, work orders, and activity across sites.
  • Healthcare. Appointments, referrals, intake status, and staff workload.

A dashboard we built

For Etteroma, a product business, we built an operations dashboard covering product administration, inventory, orders, fulfillment, and reporting. Payment and fulfillment are tracked as separate statuses, orders move through five defined states, and a guided onboarding and built-in help section let the owner learn the system and keep running it after handover.

For Opportiva Health Solutions, a healthcare staffing firm, we built an admin dashboard that shows applications awaiting review, total applications, nurses placed, and open staffing requests, with searchable records, status updates, automated emails, and an audit log of who changed what.

How we build a dashboard

  • Map how work flows. We start by listing where information lives today, who updates it, and where it is copied by hand.
  • Connect the data. We link your systems so the numbers come from the source and stay current.
  • Design around roles. We decide what each person needs to see, then build the screens.
  • Train and support. We hand over with documentation, and ongoing support can be agreed for your project.

Custom or off the shelf?

Sometimes an off the shelf tool is enough, and we will tell you if that is the case. Custom makes sense when no existing tool fits how you work, when a tool only fits after costly workarounds, or when you need information from several systems in one place. In many projects the best answer is to connect and extend what you already have and build only the gap.

Common questions

What is a custom dashboard?

A custom dashboard is a screen, or set of screens, designed around your business that shows live information from your systems in one place. It is built for your workflows and roles rather than adapted from a generic template.

How is this different from Power BI or Tableau?

Business intelligence tools are good at charts built on data that is already clean and connected. We build the whole system: the data connections, the screens your team works in, and the workflows behind them. Sometimes a BI tool is one part of what we deliver.

Can you build a dashboard on top of our existing software?

Yes, and it is one of the most common projects. We connect your existing systems first, then build the dashboard on that data, so nobody has to replace tools that already work.

How long does a dashboard project take?

It depends on scope and how many systems are involved. Some smaller projects can be completed quickly, but custom dashboards, CRMs, and integrations vary a lot in complexity. After the discovery call we give you a realistic timeline for your project.

How much does a custom dashboard cost?

Cost depends on the number of screens, the systems we connect, and the workflows involved. After a discovery call we send a written scope and estimate so you know what you are agreeing to.

Is the first consultation free?

Yes. The first call is a free, brief introduction, usually 20 to 30 minutes, to understand your business, your challenges, and whether IMANT Group is a good fit. More extensive technical assessments or discovery work may be quoted separately, and we will tell you before any paid work begins.
